VNIT Alumni Association is building an Olympic Standard swimming Pool on the campus. The Pool will have a size of 50 mtr x 25 mtr and it will be constructed on a 2-Acre land on the campus for the benefit of the students, faculty, and Alumni. The project is spearheaded by the 1981 alumni batch as a lead sponsor with the commitment of Rs 1 Crore. The complex will include the main pool, balancing tank, filtration plant room, changing rooms, shower areas, viewers gallery with a capacity of 700-1000 persons, Administrative Office. The project is aimed to be completed before Dec 2021.
Quantum of Financial Assistance

• For Critical Illness / Prolonged hospitalisation- 15% of the Batch Funding for the concerned Alumnus - subject to a ceiling (max.) of Rs. 50,000/-
• For Permanent disability / for Family of deceased Alumni : 20% of the Batch Funding for the concerned Alumnus - Subject to a ceiling (max) of Rs. 2,00,000/-

In their hour of need, the least we can do is to take some financial burden off their shoulders.
