Speaker - Mr. Ramesh Sundaresan

Ramesh is an engineer from REC Trichy and MBA from IIM Lucknow. He founded and headed as CEO the Financial Services Business at Olam, a $26b revenue multi-national firm headquartered in Singapore. Post retirement in 2016, in his second innings, he
(a)Teaches Finance at some top business schools & is a Consultant for a large Agricultural trading firm based in Singapore.
(b) Investor / Advisor / Board member in various startups and medium sized companies across industry sectors – beer manufacturing, Internet of Things, Microfinance and ML/AI based mortgage risk management.
(c) Teaches high school Mathematics at two rural schools, and mentors Math teachers from 15 schools
(d) Faculty and Trustee at Yogakshema, an NGO working on Wellness across various sections of society.

Moderator - Mr. Elangovan Kulandaivelu

Mr. Elangovan has been with the IT services industry for over 30 years, having worked with Infosys and was a Senior Vice President at iGate, managing North America, Global Banking and Financial Services, Advanced Technology Groups and Tech Training.

Mr. Elangovan was twice the recipient of Infosys Chairman’s award for excellence and iGate CEO award. He balances his professional career with volunteering for causes like those championed by YogaKshema, Lake rejuvenation (Whitefield Rising/Varthur lake) by bringing together citizens, scientists, govt agencies, corporates, media and all stakeholders, mental health (Banyan/Association for the mentally challenged) etc. Elan won Distinguished Alumnus Award, for his contribution to Society, from National Institute of Technology, Trichy.
